How to create the perfect cheeseboard;

Four to Six cheeses make for a super attractive board, quantity per person should be around 90g

A soft BRIE Style cheese, a punchy CHEDDAR, a nice contrast would be a GOAT and/or SHEEPS cheese &
lastly a BLENDED, SMOKED or a unusual cheese

Crisp-breads and/or Oatcakes
Sussex Chutney and/or Chilli Jelly
